Colby-Sawyer College is committed to keeping our campus community safe and well-informed during emergencies. CSC ALERT provides critical, real-time notifications about incidents that may affect campus safety, such as severe weather, active threats, college closings/delays, or other urgent situations.

Why opt-in?

  • Timely Information: Receive immediate alerts via text message and email to your preferred device.
  • Crucial Instructions: Get instructions on what actions to take (e.g., evacuation, shelter-in-place) to ensure your safety.
  • Multi-Channel Delivery: Our system uses a multi-channel approach to ensure you receive critical information even if one communication method is unavailable. These include a text-to-voice message to college telephones, a desktop alert function on most college-owned computers, and emergency displays throughout campus.

How to opt-in:

  2. Follow the instructions to register your preferred contact information (phone number, email address).
