Beth Constantinides Meurlin ’70 has dedicated decades of service to Colby-Sawyer College, leaving a lasting impact on the institution, its students and her fellow alumni. Her commitment spans leadership roles, volunteer efforts and philanthropy, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to the college community. 

Colby-Sawyer College proudly recognizes Nishchal Banskota ’15 and Amigo Khadka ’14 with the 2025 Young Alumni Achievement Award for their outstanding entrepreneurial leadership, global impact and commitment to social innovation. 

Together, Banskota and Khadka have built Nepal Tea Collective into more than a business; they have created a movement that emphasizes sustainable agriculture, fair trade and education while bringing global attention to Nepali tea. Their initiatives foster meaningful connections across the international tea community and highlight the importance of traceability, inclusivity and empowerment in business.
