William H. & Sonja Carlson Davidow '56 Fine Art Gallery
The mission of the William H. and Sonja Carlson Davidow '56 Fine Art Gallery is to provide quality exhibitions and educational experiences for students and the greater community that deepen understanding of art, strengthen critical thinking and broaden life experiences.
Our gallery highlights the creative spirit while raising awareness of the arts and the role of visual literacy and culture in a liberal arts environment. All of us at Colby-Sawyer want the visual arts to flourish and believe that the arts enrich our lives and serve as testimony to the beliefs and values of our culture, the world and the mysteries of the unknown.
Our exhibitions and events at the William H. and Sonja Carlson ’56 Davidow Fine Art Gallery are for the public to enjoy, and actively used as a teaching tool to benefit Colby-Sawyer College students.
Open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Corbett Leith strives to recapture an exhilarating and dynamic experience by layering bold, expressive marks of hand mixed pigments on the surface. Through these movements and expressions of color, he relives a sense of place and happening in nature.
Leith received his bachelor's degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado before relocating San Francisco to earn his M.F.A. in painting from the Academy of Art University. Leith has exhibited throughout the United States and currently lives and works in Andover, NH.
