We are excited to welcome you to the Colby-Sawyer College community!
Orientation includes summer and fall sessions designed to help you explore opportunities, discover valuable resources and build meaningful connections with classmates, faculty and staff.
New residential and commuter students should plan to attend:

New Student Summer Orientation Registration
Summer Orientation is the perfect way to kick off your Colby-Sawyer experience. You'll meet lots of new Chargers, connect with faculty and staff, and learn about academic resources, student services and campus activities.
All new students should plan to attend a required summer orientation session and can choose from either Friday, June 26, or Friday, July 10.
Parents and families are also encouraged to attend. A separate track of valuable sessions will be offered to you. All attendees will be served a delicious lunch catered by Colby-Sawyer's Dining Services.
Fall 2026 Orientation
Thursday, Sept. 3-Monday, Sept. 7
On Sept. 3, following check-in for all new students and move-in for residential students, orientation leaders (OLs) will guide groups of students through the first five days on campus. New students will continue to connect with classmates, explore campus and resources, and prepare for classes.
You'll learn about clubs and activities that interest you and how to become involved in the Colby-Sawyer community.
Students will receive their Fall 2026 Orientation group assignment and details about where to meet via their Colby-Sawyer email account.
Check-in begins at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3; classes begin Tuesday, Sept. 8.
