Tuition & Costs

Cost of Attendance

Cost of attendance (COA) provides students with an estimate of costs associated with attending Colby-Sawyer College. Your financial aid offer will include both Direct and Indirect Costs.

direct costs

Direct costs are costs that will appear on your college bill such as tuition, fees and housing and food.

Indirect costs

Indirect costs will not appear on your college bill but may be necessary costs to attend college such as books, supplies, miscellaneous and personal expenses.

For information regarding tuition and fees for all programs, please visit the Tuition Information page.

Student Aid Calculator

Using the Student Aid Calculator, you will get a personalized estimate of scholarships, grants and your cost to attend Colby-Sawyer.

Please remember that this is only an estimate and you will still need to officially apply for aid to receive any need-based funds.

Initial Financial Aid Offers

Financial aid offers for traditional undergraduate students are calculated based on full-time enrollment and on-campus residency. Need-based grant funds will be recalculated and reduced for students approved to live off-campus or with their parents.

Payment Options

There are several options available to help you finance the portion of the cost not covered by financial aid. For more information about payment options, please visit the Tuition Payment Information page.
