Colby-Sawyer graduates who take positions with Dartmouth Health will be eligible to participate in Dartmouth Health's Registered Nurse (RN) Loan Repayment Program, a benefit that will help repay up to $20,000 in student loans for RNs employed at Dartmouth Health facilities. Dartmouth Health will also provide a housing stipend to new employees, helping them find housing and providing funding to help offset costs like security deposits and other start-up expenses.

The Nurse Residency Program supports newly licensed Registered Nurses through their first year of professional practice. More than 80% of Colby-Sawyer nursing grads start their career with confidence at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
With such a small campus, it feels like everyone in the community truly cares about you. Also, being on two sports teams has given me a second and third family. And as a nursing major, clinical placements have played a major role in my education.
