Department of Business & Sport Management

Our department prepares students for leadership across the business, healthcare and sport industries through hands-on, career-focused programs grounded in real-world application. Students gain a strong foundation in management, finance, ethics and organizational leadership, paired with industry-specific expertise tailored to their chosen fields — from healthcare systems and policy to athletics administration and business strategy.

A hallmark of the department is our accelerated 4+1 MBA program, which allows qualified undergraduates to earn both a bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration in just five years.
