Trans at Colby-Sawyer
Colby-Sawyer recognizes that some members of the college community have a gender identity that does not correlate with the sex they were assigned at birth. Creating an environment in which all transgender and gender expansive students, faculty and staff members are respected and valued is important to the college.
Colby-Sawyer acknowledges that there may be challenges as new practices are implemented, but the college will do its best to minimize any negative impacts.
