Colby-Sawyer fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender-expansive individuals.

LGBTQ+ Resource Center

Located in the basement of Colgate Hall, our student-led resource center is open 24 hours a day for students to borrow LGBTQ-themed books, videos, and magazines or use the space for quiet study or socializing with friends.

PRIDE Club

PRIDE, a student-run organization, meets weekly throughout the school year and organizes campus events to create a supportive environment for LGBTQ+ community members.

LGBTQ+ Safe Zone 

Our Safe Zone sticker program designates safe and affirming spaces across campus for all community members.

Supportive Faculty & Staff 

Faculty and staff who are a part of or are allies of the LGBTQ+ community and provide visible support and advocacy.

Gender-Neutral Bathrooms

Available in the main academic and administrative building, as well as in several residence halls, to ensure comfort and accessibility for all.

Campus-Wide Events

Regular events are hosted on campus throughout the year to address LGBTQ+ issues and interests, promoting awareness and inclusivity.
