Mission Statement
To offer undergraduate and graduate educational programs based in the liberal arts and health, social, and natural sciences, with a focus on vocational exploration and experiential learning, which prepare students to thrive in, and make a positive impact upon a dynamic, diverse, and interdependent world. Engaged robust partnerships will support students’ academic, intellectual, personal and professional growth, align with workforce development needs, and enhance individual and community well-being and resilience.

2022 Job Placement
Of our 207 graduating undergraduate students in the Class of 2022, the data in this report based on 82 completed graduate surveys and additional data collected from professional social media site (primarily LinkedIn) on 64 additional graduates, therefore, providing data on a total of 146 graduates.
- 97% of our alumni are employed, 10% are in graduate school; 100% Employed and/or in Graduate School (as there is overlap between the two)
- 98% of our alumni employed are working in an industry directly or somewhat directly related to their major
- 61% of our alumni were offered a job from their experiential learning site (internship, clinical or field experience site), this does not assume they accepted those offers
- Of those employed, 14% of undergraduate alumni are working in their experiential learning site
