Every fall the college celebrates Mountain Day, a 150-year-old tradition in which students, faculty and staff climb nearby 2500-ft. Mt. Kearsarge, taking in views that extend to Mt. Washington. Classes are cancelled for the day to allow everyone to take part in this special college holiday.
