Full-time employees can elect single person, two-person or family medical and/or dental coverage, through Anthem and Delta Dental. Domestic partners of benefit-eligible employees are also eligible for medical plan coverage and other benefits. We proudly offer tuition benefits, retirement, long-term care, flexible spending, employee discounts, and sports center membership. Many of our faculty and staff have children in the brand-new Windy Hill School, which is also the lab school for Colby-Sawyer early childhood education students. Additionally, we offer generous vacation and personal time off, and some of our employees work flexible work weeks. Colby-Sawyer is truly a great place to work!
