Help for First-Time Parent Users
Welcome to Colby-Sawyer's online bill payment center for first-time parent users. Our suite of services is designed to help you view and pay your student's tuition bill online quickly and easily.
The information below will help guide you through the process of getting your account setup.
To VIEW Your Student's Billing Detail
Your student must create an account to give you access to PowerCAMPUS Self-Service. Students can follow the instructions provided here to create accounts for parents in PowerCAMPUS Self-Service.
After your student has created an account for you, you will receive an e-mail with log on instructions to PowerCAMPUS Self-Service by clicking on the "View Your Student's Billing Detail" button on the bill payment info page.
To PAY Your Student's Bill Online
Your student must create a Parent Login and give you access to the Online Payment Center. Students can follow the instructions provided here to create Parent Logins for parents in the Online Payment Center.
Once your student has created a Parent Login for you, you can log on to the Online Payment Center by clicking on the "Pay Your Student's Bill" button on the bill payment info page and follow the instructions provided there to make a payment.
Helpful TIPS for Parents
It is highly recommended that your student grant you access to create your own username and password. Student passwords should remain private and will change annually for security purposes. The college does not recommend that you simply use your student's account.
Although students may view and pay their tuition bills with the same username and password, if your student grants you access to both view and pay their bill online, you will require two separate usernames and passwords.
