You are the future of nursing. Prepare yourself with Colby-Sawyer College's flexible and convenient online R.N. to B.S. degree program.

The R.N. to B.S. degree offers registered nurses who already hold an associate degree or nursing diploma a flexible and affordable way to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. With that degree will come opportunities for new roles, including leadership, in a variety of health care settings.

Colby-Sawyer College is the long-time affiliated Nursing Program for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. Colby-Sawyer prepares nurses at the baccalaureate level to participate in a health care system focused on meeting the health needs of the population.

With upper-division nursing courses focused on community and public health, quality, safety, evidence-based practice and leadership, the R.N. to B.S. program appreciates the knowledge, skills and experiences that associate degree and diploma-prepared nurses bring to the program, and provides a forum to further develop and enhance their abilities to provide value in the changing health care landscape.
