Course Overview…

The Nursing Process serves as the framework for learning in the classroom and clinical practice. The course content is focused on the care of the adult medical-surgical patient in an acute care setting.

Course Objectives…

Upon completion of this course, the registered nurse is expected to have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of selected medical-surgical conditions and current diagnostic, treatment and management measures.

Registration…

Class size is limited to a minimum of six and a maximum of eight in order to assure a quality educational experience. As part of the registration process, an application is to be completed.
