The notes become alert
Quickly they escape the screeching
Carved into the round black world
Outside the colors mix
Blue, green, violet, tangerine
As one
Inside only notes can be heard
Playing continuously as life goes on
The colors mesh, arraying emotions
Affection the notes can't feel, only hear
