An emergency contact form for all new and returning students is required to be filled out. Students are requested to provide updates to this information as it occurs, and upon annual registration.

Tuberculosis Testing
If you have travelled to a country identified as high risk of tuberculosis (per the Center of Disease Control) during your leave from the College, please contact Baird Health & Counseling Center upon your return to review your history and screen for Tb if needed.
