Introduction
The Cleveland Colby Colgate Archives houses a collection of videocassettes (VHS format) of campus events and performances.
Storage and Handling
The videocassettes are stored by number order on the wooden shelving on the left as you enter the Archives storage area. These tapes should not be removed without the archivists' consent. Like all archives materials, films in any format may not be checked out and must remain in the building.
Reproduction
Most of the videos may be reproduced for research purposes only. However, since the college does not own the copyrights of some films, permission to reproduce images for any purpose other than research may not be granted. Refer to the Policy for the Reproduction of Materials for more details.
