Primrose Primulaceae family
Leaves rounded with glossy texture and well defined veins.
Bright yellow flowers paired, about 1" wide, five fluffy petals, long stalks that grow from the axils.
Form/habitat: Creeping plant, 6-24" long. Prefers damp grounds. Flowers July-Sept.
