Foamflower Tiarella cordifolia
Saxifrage Saxigraceae family
Leaves are deeply heart-shaped at the base of the plant, and have 5-7 shallow lobes.

Flowers are white and numerous with very long, conspicuous stamens. They grow raceme-like on a fairly long stem, making it difficult at first to pair the leaves with the flower.

Form/Habitat:Foamflower grows in rich, moist woods.
6-12" high. Blooms in May.
