Height: Up to 4"
Leaves: 3" long and green. They have narrow lobes with sharp points. They grow at the base of the stem.
Flowers/Fruit: In bloom February to May. 1" long and light blue to purplish depending on its location. There are 4 petals with a backward pointing spur. They are clustered in unequal pairs.
Form/Habitat: Below 7,500'. Found on gravelly plains and washes.
