My Colby-Sawyer Experience

I used a lot of the research and writing techniques I learned in my philosophy and media studies classes. Now that I know I can do something as large as this project, I have a new sense of confidence.

Sapindaceae

Height: Up to 12"

Leaves: 4" long and green. They oblong, waxy and an evergreen.

Flowers/Fruit: In bloom February to October. The tiny yellowish flowers have no petals. They are clustered at the end of the branches. The fruit is pinkish-white and has 3 wings. 2 to 4 fruits are found on a branch.

Form/Habitat: 2,000' to 5,000'. Found on rocky slopes and canyons.
