Located in New London, N.H., Colby-Sawyer College is just off Interstate 89 in the heart of the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region, known for the natural beauty of its lakes and mountains. Colby-Sawyer is 90 minutes from Boston, Mass., with its Amtrak station and Logan International Airport, and just 45 minutes from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Dartmouth Coach runs regular bus service to New London from Boston and New York City.

A graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary Arts Institute, Chef Doyle's culinary career spans 30 years and includes hotel experience with Hyatt, Omni International and The Plaza as well as up-scale resort experience in Sanibel Island, Fl., Cape Cod, and Virginia Beach, Va.

Chef Doyle and his wife, Ginny, owned a restaurant and catering business for 14 years in Bel Air, Md. He joined Colby-Sawyer six years ago as executive chef.
