ENEBC: Presentations
- Oral Presentations
All oral presentations should be prepared as Microsoft PowerPoint documents and should be from 12 to 14 minutes in length. An additional 2 to 4 minutes for questions will give each speaker a maximum of 18 minutes. All presentations will be pre-loaded onto conference equipment, which will be running Microsoft Office 2007 in a Windows XP enviromnent. Presentations prepared on a Macintosh computer should be thoroughly tested on an appropriate Windows-based machine to ensure that they will be compatible with conference equipment. No personal laptops will be used - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please be sure to:
- Embed graphs and figures in the file as independent objects, rather than dynamically linking them from other programs.
- Limit file size as much as possible by using images with minimum necessary resolution, etc.
Bring your presentation to the registration desk upon arrival at Colby-Sawyer College. Store the file on a PC formatted (not MacIntosh) CD, DVD or USB memory drive.

You should be available to answer questions at your poster for most of the allotted time.
