Progressive Scholars…
The Progressive Scholars Program was developed in 2008 to bring more geographic, racial and ethnic diversity to the college by forming partnerships with urban high schools where talented student leaders could be recruited for a special scholarship to attend Colby-Sawyer.

Faculty Working Group on Diversity
This is an advisory group to the Associate Dean of International and Diversity Programs, comprised of faculty across our academic disciplines who help lead our campus community towards inclusive excellence by addressing issues, engaging in meaningful dialogue, recommending initiatives, and helping to organize diversity training events at the college.
