Commencement Eve Schedule
Friday, May 9, 2014

Graduate Academic Regalia Pickup
Colby-Sawyer Bookstore, Colgate Hall
Please note: Regalia pick up is available May 6 – 9 during bookstore hours.

11 a.m.

Senior Lunch
Commencement Tent, Front Lawn
Complimentary for graduates; others pay meal fee.

12 - 1 p.m.

Commencement Rehearsal

All graduating students and marshals must attend.

All Day & Saturday Morning

Senior Art Exhibition

2 - 3:30 p.m.

Scholars and Leaders Ceremony
Sawyer Fine Arts Center Theater

4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Nursing Pinning Ceremony

Graduates Assemble

Please be prompt.

Academic Procession Assemble
First floor, Colgate Hall
For trustees, faculty, platform party and staff. Please be prompt.

Commencement
Commencement Tent, Front Lawn
*Tickets for Commencement are not necessary, however there is limited seating under the tent. If the forecast calls for rainy and cold weather, we encourage graduates to limit guests to 6 per graduate.

Following Commencement

Post Commencement Reception at the President's House and Gardens (504 Main Street, New London)
Immediately following the Commencement ceremony, join President Tom Galligan and Susan Galligan for light refreshments, and to congratulate and bid farewell to your fellow classmates, faculty and staff before lunch with your families in town.
