Commencement Eve Schedule
Friday, May 8, 2015

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Graduate Academic Regalia Pickup
Colby-Sawyer Bookstore, Colgate Hall
Please note: Regalia pick up is available May 4–8 during bookstore hours.

11 a.m.

Senior Lunch
Dining Hall, Ware Student Center
Complimentary for graduates; others pay meal fee.

Noon to 1 p.m.

Commencement Rehearsal
Dining Hall, Ware Student Center
All graduating students and marshals must attend.

All Day & Saturday Morning

Senior Art Exhibition
Marian Graves Mugar Art Gallery, Sawyer Fine Arts Center

2-3:30 p.m.

Scholars and Leaders Ceremony
Sawyer Fine Arts Center Theater

4:30-5:30 p.m.

Nursing Pinning Ceremony

Graduates have their last breakfast together before Commencement.

Academic Procession Assemble

For trustees, faculty, platform party and staff. Please be prompt.

Commencement
Front Lawn
Tickets for Commencement are not necessary, however there is limited seating. We encourage graduates to limit guests to 6 per graduate.

Following Commencement

Post Commencement Reception at Pierce Park
Immediately following the Commencement ceremony, join President Tom Galligan and Susan Galligan for light refreshments, and to congratulate and bid farewell to your fellow classmates, faculty and staff before lunch with your families in town.
No reservations required. (Weather Plan – Coffin Field House, Dan and Kathleen Hogan Sports Center)
