Residence Hall Closing Information (For Spring 2013)
Hall Closing Dates
- 7:00pm on Monday, May 6, 2013 - Hall Closing for All Non-Graduating Students
- 7:00pm on Saturday, May 11, 2013 - Hall Closing for All Graduating Seniors (see additional information below for seniors)
Quiet Hours
- 24-hour quiet hours will begin at 10pm on Tuesday, April 30th and remain in effect until the end of the final examination period.
- Violations of the 24-hour quiet hour period will result in the loss of a student's guest privileges for one month.
Checking Out of Your Residence Hall Room
Annual Student Drop & Swap
- Click here for information about this year's student drop & swap, the alternative to putting things in the trash!
Trash Removal and Dumpsters
- Dumpsters will be located at or near each residence hall after April 26th for student trash disposal.
- Students should dispose of all trash in these designated receptacles during the last weeks of the semester and while moving out.
- Contact your RA or RD with questions, or if you need additional trash bags.

Information for Graduating Seniors
- All graduating seniors who plan to remain in on-campus housing after May 6th until Commencement on May 11th must sign a Temporary Housing Contract and submit it to Residential Education. Please contact your RD for more information.
