Thank you for your interest in apartment-style living. The selection process described on this page will be used to select students to live in Rooke Hall or in one of the college-owned off-campus apartments (including London House, Yellow House, Gray House, Red House, and White House).

Application materials will be reviewed by selection committee. The committee may contact groups during this time period to request additional information.

Monday, April 14, 2014 Online Apartment Selection
If your group is offered an apartment, you will receive further instructions about how to complete the Room Draw process to select and secure your assignment. It is important that you follow these instructions carefully, paying close attention to deadlines.

Application Instructions

Step 1:

Have all applicant group members review all selection and process information on this page.

Step 2:

As a group, complete and submit the apartment group application. This form is stored on myColby-Sawyer, so you will be prompted to log in to the portal with your Colby-Sawyer network login credentials when the application loads.

Step 3:

Each individual in your group must also complete and submit a Returning Student Housing Application in the Residence online housing system, which is where you will sign your Room Lease and Board Contract and get your name into the system for room selection later in the process. Applications will be available by April 1, 2014.

Step 4:

Be sure each applicant in your group has registered for courses for Fall 2014 by April 10, 2014, in order to be eligible for selection.

Step 5:

If you are selected for an apartment, you must follow the apartment selection instructions which will be provided. More information about this can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions document below.
