best hall
Entering Best Hall, a lounge to the left welcomes you to this large and social residence. The residents are typically active until all hours of the night studying, relaxing through yoga, talking and watching movies. 
Features
Best Hall is one of the larger corridor style halls, with new and returning students. The ground floor is all female, the first floor is co-ed by room, and the second and third floors are co-ed by section. The kitchen is in the basement. Best Hall is located between the Ware Campus Center and the Sawyer Center and just across from the quad.
Staffing
Best is staffed by a Resident Director and three Resident Assistants.
History
Best Hall is named for Dr. Samuel Best, football coach at the Academy at the turn of the century, and a member and later chairman of the Board of Trustees from 1933 until 1968.
