Patrick Benson Earns Regional Scholar Recognition…
NEW LONDON, N.H. – January 5, 2009 – Colby-Sawyer men's soccer senior Patrick Benson (Essex, Vt.) has been selected to the Scholar All-East Region Honorable Mention Team by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
Alpine Ski Racing Opens Season on Friday…
The Colby-Sawyer Alpine Ski Racing team will hit the slopes on Friday and Saturday, January 9-10 for its first Carnival of the season. The event will take place at the Chargers' home mountain, Mount Sunapee. The Giant Slalom will be on Friday and the Slalom will be on Saturday.
Men's Basketball Game vs. Lesley Rescheduled…
The Men's Basketball game against Lesley on December 13 has been postponed due to the power problems caused by the ice storm. The game will be played on Tuesday, January 27 at 7:00 p.m.
Men's Basketball Outlasts Bowdoin, 63-57…
The Colby-Sawyer men's basketball defeated the Polar Bears of Bowdoin, 63-57 on Thursday evening. The Chargers push their record to 6-2 after their fourth straight win. Bowdoin falters for just the second time this season dropping their record to 7-2.
