Autumn Marketplace

Vendor Application

The Colby-Sawyer College Autumn Marketplace will be held on Saturday, October 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, during Alumni Fall Festival. The Autumn Marketplace will be located on the Quad, which is the lawn in front of Ware Campus Center. In the unfortunate case of rain, the event will be moved to Mercer Gym, located inside Mercer Hall.

Check-in and set-up must be completed by 9:45 a.m. and breakdown may not occur before 3:00 p.m.(unless the weather turns bad). The Quad roadways are closed to traffic the whole day, but vendors can drive in, set-up and park. Vehicles must be off the roadways by 10:00 a.m. Maps and limited staffing will be available to help find your location, but set-up will be your own responsibility. Vendors may use their own tents and/or set-ups outside, but not inside (in the case of rain) because they are harmful to the floors.

Important Notes

  • All food vendors are required to post a copy of their New Hampshire Food Service License.
  • There is a $25 charge for each space, which includes a 10' by 10' area, an 8' table and 2 chairs
  • A portion of this fee will be directed as a gift to the Colby-Sawyer Fund for scholarships for current students. We thank you for your support!
