curriculum and study group leader information

The Curriculum Committee is responsible for providing diverse courses of high quality and interest to the Adventures In Learning membership and identifying study group leaders to lead them. Courses are offered during the summer, fall, winter and spring terms. Typically courses are held once a week over a six to eight week period. Mini-courses of three to four sessions may be included in each term's curriculum.

The Curriculum Committee members meet monthly to review and vote on course proposals submitted by individuals interested in leading a course. The committee provides information and assistance relating to the course development process, financial guidelines, teaching materials, class equipment aids and procedures.

For further information, please contact committee chair, Les Norman, at lesnorman@comcast.net.

Les is joined on the committee by members Betsy Boege, Sheldon Boege, Dick Cavallaro, Dale Conly, Van Crawford, Mary Doyle, John Ferries, Derek Hunt, Charlie Kellogg, Mike Moss, Dan Schneider, Tom Vannatta and Brenda Watts.
