Experience Life as a Colby-Sawyer Student for a Day
Students will be able to attend a class, meet current students, take a guided tour of the campus, and counselor conversations can be scheduled upon request.
A full Discovery Day typically runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but all guests have the option of participating in the day's events that interest them the most and that can be decided when you arrive on campus.
Student Agenda
- Registration: Review your registration packet and mingle with the admissions staff. Snacks and beverages will be provided. This is also your chance to see certain lab spaces and visit the campus bookstore.
- Class Visit: Students are escorted to a class with a current student.
*Please Note: We try our best to pair classes based on intended major, but on certain dates this might not always be the case. - Lunch: An all you can eat buffet style luncheon will be provided in our new student center.
- Campus Tour: A typical tour is about an hour and led by a current Colby-Sawyer student.
Parent and Family Agenda
- Affordability Presentation: Find out how affordable Colby-Sawyer can be and learn more about the financial aid process.
- Information Session: While students are in class, guests will listen to other staff members of the campus community talk and answer questions.
- Lunch: Meet up with your student for lunch in our new student center
- Campus Tour: Get the chance to see campus for yourself!
