Joined the faculty in 2011. B.S.N. from Fitchburg State College (now Fitchburg University) and an M.S., Business, from the University of South Carolina. Professor Skinner teaches courses in healthcare management as well as general business courses.
Professor Skinner is especially interested in exploring the implications of new healthcare reform policies on the management of healthcare organizations, primarily community hospitals. | faculty profile
