Iris Fischer-McMorrow

Dr. Fischer-McMorrow holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College, and she pursued her graduate studies in Dublin, Ireland, where she earned a M.V. B. degree in Veterinary Medicine from University College Dublin. She is a licensed veterinarian in New Hampshire and a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the International Academy of Veterinary Pain Management, and the New Hampshire Veterinary Medical Association.

Fischer-McMorrow was most recently a small animal practitioner at Russell Animal Hospital in Concord, N.H. For six years before that, she was an associate veterinarian at Merrimack Veterinary Hospital in Merrimack, N.H. Her research and volunteer experiences include work with marine mammals and sensory systems biology at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and University of Hawaii. She has taught Anatomy and Physiology as an adjunct faculty member at Colby-Sawyer College since 2011.
