Colby-Sawyer College offers a range of major academic programs, each of which requires that students complete the Liberal Education Program and choose a major field of study. In addition to their major, baccalaureate-degree students may take on a concentrated area of study through the college's Academic Minor Programs. The college also offers a two-year program of study which culminates in the Associate of Liberal Arts degree.
Colby-Sawyer offers a variety of different Academic Majors within distinct baccalaureate degree programs. These include the following:

Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (Art-Studio Art; Graphic Design)
Bachelor of Science Degree (Business Administration; Child Development;Community and Environmental Studies; Exercise and Sport Sciences; Nursing)
Colby-Sawyer offers a variety of Academic Minors that can be combined with major areas of study.
The college's Liberal Education Program is innovative and interdisciplinary, allowing students to form small learning communities in our Pathways courses in the first and second years. Students have time to explore different areas of our curriculum before formally choosing a major in the sophomore year.
Colby-Sawyer offers the New Hampshire Teacher Certification Program though its Social Sciences and Education Program.
The Colby-Sawyer offers a variety of Academic Enrichment Programs to augment students' educational experiences on campus.
Highly motivated students may be eligible to participate in the Wesson Honors Program, an optional intensive experience in the liberal arts that broadens students' avenues of intellectual exploration. The college offers a Student Exchange Program through the New Hampshire College and University Council, which allows students to participate in exchange programs, workshops and seminars at higher education institutions around the state. Students area also encouraged to spend a semester in our Study Abroad Programs, which enables students to choose among academic programs in a variety of academic settings.
