Financial Services oversees payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables and the SmartCard. The student division of Financial Services processes tuition bills, student loans and Windy Hill billing.
Hogan Sports Center…
The Dan and Kathleen Hogan Sports Center provides a fitness center, indoor pool, indoor track, basketball courts, and racquet courts for students, faculty, and community members. A variety of aerobic and aquatic programs are offered.

Colby-Sawyer's Dining Services include its dining hall, run by Sodexo, the Lethbridge Lodge, and occasional catering services.

The Facilities Department, operated by Sodexo, is made up of the Housekeeping and Maintenance/Grounds departments. Facilities oversees the maintenance of the college's buildings and grounds.
